Time to unpack your patio!

Every spring, we see our customers busy with work, graduations or summer travel planning, and they often can’t get to setting up their patio furniture until they are hosting next weekend. And that’s when the scramble begins!

This year, with many of us unexpectedly spending a lot of time at home, now is a great opportunity to get your patio ready (and we all hope to be hosting our friends and families soon). Read on for our handy list of things to check off in your outdoor living rooms before the season begins in full.

Take it out

Whether your set was tucked away in the shed or hiding under all-weather covers, the weather broke a few weeks ago and your outdoor pieces are ready for some air and sun (and perhaps cleaning from spider webs and the like). Kids are home? That’s a perfect project for them to do and will burn some energy along the way.

You can set up your set on the patio right away or just spread out in your backyard - the goal is to take all the pieces out for you to see.

Take stock

Count the chairs. Open the umbrellas. Match the pillows. Examine for trouble.

Whether it’s a leftover from last season or an unfortunate accident during winter storage, sometimes you’ll find things that need fixing. Now is the time!

Seasons Too can help you replace or even fix some items - the sooner you let us know, the easier it is for us to address it quickly.

Put it together

Think of your outdoor patio as an annual puzzle - arrange to see if it still fits. Patio extensions, surface changes, or new family members can all challenge your existing set. Now is the time to fit, measure and look at what might need to change. Seasons Too is here to help if you need it.

Taking a little time now will go a long way to ensure your outdoor living rooms are ready and comfortable once warmer weather (and better days!) come soon. Plus, the work could serve as a nice distraction from never-ending conference calls and emails of your home office.

Keep healthy,

Seasons Too
